With about 5 years experience in this business (far more in audio and a/v) we have a substantial number of installations behind us. Some have been fairly simple and others complex.

In all cases, we remain on excellent terms with the clients and some have offered to allow potential customers to view the installation and even (behind closed doors) tell them if we are any good or not. Quite a few of the jobs we have done have come from recommendation. And that is even after the private chat.
